I love my colleagues, especially Samantha…

Dear Friends,

Before introducing my dear colleague Samantha, I want to present my deepest gratitude for all your support, comments, trust, encouragements, kudos… expressed or not, in 2011! (See my new positive attitude?). It’s been a wonderful year of hard work on my art and I hope to share my BIG PROJECT (a book) with you in 2012. I wish to all of you a peaceful, contemplative, meaningful end of the year, so that we can all start this famous 2012 year with an open heart and some clarity on what we want to accomplish together on Mother Earth! Peace and Love, Shalom, Salaam, Namaste, Amen!

Carole

Once again, you’ve captured the very essence of a dear colleague ~ dynamo Sam. Just reading this has exhausted me and inspired me. Thank you Carole and thank you Samantha!

  7. Thank you for writing the great article on Sam. I am one of Sam’s fortunate students at Millenium Vallejo. It’s great to know she is appreciated outside of the gym also. She is a truly amazing human being. I love her beautiful spirit.

    • Thanks Teddi for your comment! It’s also great to hear about Sam outside of our office!

  8. Maybe all of that exercise increases her cognitive ability and creativity. Some brain scientists may argue for that or ask Marc-Andre! Ha. Or the exercise makes her happier so she can have a greater impact in our world. Either way I like it! I sure enjoyed her classes and energy from day one back in July. It was inspiring.

I love your dumbbells with hearts too. Merry Christmas Carole!

  9. Could Samantha move to Finland and become my Personal Trainer? 😉 I’m pretty hopeless, tho, and she might cost too much…. anyway, Season’s greetings again and shalom, saleem, salem, Namaste, Peace, paz, etc… and love to all,
