I love my colleagues, especially Lara…

The summer is almost over and I am back to my series “I love my colleagues”, following the thread of opening my heart to the persons I spend so much time with. However I heard gentle complains that my series is only interesting for my colleagues. It’s probably a little bit true. But let me push back! 1) I believe that my colleagues deserve to be known. 2) My intention is also to share universal resonating nuggets that can help others opening their heart too… That being said, I’m not stubborn and I also want to post more frequently. Therefore I will alternate my series with other thoughts and cartoons. SO STAY TUNED!

  5. What I love about your blogs in this series is your honest and heartfelt search for what is good in the other person and an exploration of what drives their behavior, even if their behavior sometimes rubs against what feels good to you. Not being stopped by someone not saying hello, but getting to the “why” behind it. We are so quick to judge and find fault with others when they don’t act in ways that we expect or would want them to. I also appreciate this greater reflection of Lara, who is, as you said somewhat of an anomaly in her way of swinging from introvert to extrovert! Thanks for the roadmap to follow!

  6. Once again, Carole, you have proven that you see deeply into the true nature of people, appreciating their many facets. I love Lara’s blend of strength and vulnerability, introversion and extroversion, and I also love the way you captured those qualities!

For the record, this series is *not* only interesting for your colleagues! I love it, but I will welcome your “regular” cartoons, as well! 😉 xoxo Robin
